Chuck Albiol has first been a Realtor, then a Broker in the Ocala/Marion County and North Central Florida area since 1979. He is owner/broker of Albiol & Associates Realty, Inc. and owner of Ocala's Canter Ridge Farm.

Chuck began in the horse business over 35 years ago and is knowledgeable in the breeding, training and marketing of horses. Before he became a Realtor, Chuck managed the Horse Research Center at the University of Florida, where he worked on his Masters degree in Equine Reproduction and Nutrition. Chuck was also a trainer at the famous Kellogg Arabian Ranch at Cal Poly University in Pomona, California, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.

Chuck is fluent in Spanish, having lived a good part of his youth in South America. His expertise in Real Estate is in horse farms, training centers, acreage, residential, commercial and investment properties. What Ralph Huffaker brings to the closing table is invaluable: twenty-plus years of experience in all phases of Real Estate.

Ralph's agricultural background began forming before he realized it; he was reared on a farm in Wayne County, Kentucky, then on the University of Kentucky where he earned his BS degree in Agriculture. Graduating on a Friday and still holding his sheepskin in his hand on Monday morning, he was on board at a full-service farm supply as manager in the northern part of the state. After serving as Agricultural Extension Service Agent at the University of Kentucky, Ralph moved to Miami, Florida, to fill the same slot with the University of Florida and Metropolitan Dade County.

Working ten years as an industrial paper sales representative in the Miami area taught Ralph even more about the agriculture/business relationship. Numerous farmers and growers were among his customers.

Welcome to Ocala, Florida! I moved here from Ft. Lauderdale in 1973 as a single mom with four daughters. We stopped on Highway 200 to have a snack and sat on a picnic table looking across a most beautiful horse farm. having loved horses my whole life, I just said, "How nice is this? Let's just live here!" Well, that's been quite a while ago but the area is still the best Florida has to offer.

I am now a grandmother of ten, my oldest daughter is retired from the Air Force, and I have my first two grandsons also serving in the Air Force! My husband is retired Air Force and now works for the government in civil engineering.

I have been in the Real Estate business since 1982 and just live helping with the moving process whether buying or selling. I have a degree in marketing and Management and keep up with all the latest technologies available to me in this very competitive market.
